We don't care about the presents underneath the Christmas tree, because Mariah Carey is bringing her iconic Christmas concert to Austin this fall. The star will belt out all her holiday favorites during ' Mariah Carey 's Christmas Time' at the Moody Center on Nov. 17, featuring special guest DJ Suss One. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Carey's 1994 holiday album ' Merry Christmas ' remains a festive staple three decades later.
Fan-favorite song 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' continued to top the holiday charts in 2023, according to Billboard. It's so ubiquitous that H-E-B employees have reported being filled with rage upon hearing it played over and over in stores. Carey's upcoming Austin performance may well be the closest San Antonio fans can get to seeing the singer live. During previous tour stops in Texas, she's only ventured to Dallas and Houston.
