Michelle, 32, is constantly trolled on social media over her enviable body, with some of the former Coronation Street star's followers hitting out at her, telling her she need to eat more.
"But she does eat, I see her eat. She works bloody hard to get that body. I see her at the gym running and sweating, so people haven't got the right to say that." In an exclusive interview with OK! magazine in July, Michelle discussed body image, while offering advice to her young fans. When asked to give her younger self some advice, she added: "To try and enjoy all the amazing opportunities I’ve been lucky enough to experience. There were times I was so keen to prove myself, I probably didn’t stop to take it all in."
