Manchester City have signed of Eintracht Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush for £59m and he has explained his motivation for moving to the Premier League.
Omar Marmoush has told Manchester City - and his new teammates - that he will play anywhere for the team, setting out his stall to partner Erling Haaland rather than try and displace the striker.
"Erling is a machine – a goal-machine. I’m very excited to play with him on the pitch and to learn from him too," Marmoush said. "Hopefully I can assist him, and we can enjoy playing together.” "I feel most comfortable behind a striker where I can turn and the way to the goal is shorter. I am comfortable in all positions though and wherever I play I will always give my all. On the pitch, I’m fast, good on the ball, try to find where the spaces are and try to exploit them. I’m dangerous."
