Married at First Sight couple Tasha and Paul, who rose to fame on the reality series, have split - meaning there are no original couples remain from the 2023 series
MAFS stars Tasha Jay and Paul Liba have shockingly called it quits, with Tasha sharing an emotional statement on social media. Tasha confirmed the break-up as she wrote: "It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing Paul and I have decided to part ways. There isn't any major reason, we have just come to terms with the fact that we are not right for each other.
Tasha and Paul first met at the altar last year on Married at First Sight UK and made it all the way to the end of the experiment. And just a couple of months ago, the pair caught up with OK! where they stated their marriage was 'stronger than ever'. On the red carpet for BAFTA in May, Tasha said they were "Stronger than ever. We’re the only couple left. Reigning champions I’d say".
While there are no original couples from last year's series, two stars of MAFS 2023, Shona Manderson and Matt Pilmoor connected off camera when their respective marriages failed and are now the last pair remaining still in a relationship. The pair never even met during the official experiment with Shona and her husband, Brad Skelly leaving before Matt and his then wife, Adrienne Naylor entered the show.
