Married at First Sight UK couple Adam and Tayah expecting their first child
Tayah thoughtfully told Amy Christophers before the news came out, as she had lost twins before and Tayah wanted to give her the"heads-up".
"I wanted to tell Amy because I know she's been through experiences I've been through, and I know what it's like when you hear a pregnancy announcement and how disheartening it can be. So I wanted to give her the heads up," Tayah said.Tayah had previously suffered a miscarriage and she said it was"nerve-wracking" to find out she was pregnant again.
She explained:"It was a mixture of nerves and excitement. It's definitely nerve-wracking and you have an anxious feeling when you find out you're pregnant again after a miscarriage and you're going through those emotions." Adam proposed to Tayah during the vow renewal episode, and the couple were planning to get married this year on their parents' shared wedding anniversary. With the baby on the way, the couple have postponed their vows until next year.
Tayah said:"Now the baby can be a part of the day, which is such a special thing. Luckily, we didn't have to cancel anything, we'll just start from scratch with the plans."Sign up for Disney+
