Following the first update, Gemma added a picture of her hospital drip and thanked staff at the hospital:"Wow the staff on Warrington ward have been absolutely incredible. Thank you so much to my nurses."
Hinting at the nature of the illness that landed her in hospital, Gemma said she had been in a"bad way" physically, and that she was grateful that the hospital saw how serious her situation was. "I've been in such a bad way emotionally and physically. I'm nervous and excited to get home but cannot wait to be reunited with the children and so unbelievably grateful they saw my situation as seriously as they did," Gemma wrote.
