Martin Lewis wants to focus on being a daddy, a husband and recharging his batteries
Martin Lewis has issued a statement as he announced a break from work. The Money Saving Expert founder sent his followers a message bidding them "goodbye for now" as he signed off for a few weeks.
He shared the news via a small note at the bottom of a guide to boosting and protecting your credit score. He wrote: "PS: And it's goodbye, for now, from me. For the next few weeks, I'm taking a work-break to focus on being a daddy, a husband and recharging my batteries as there's a scary autumn and winter coming and I want to be on form to be able to help."
He went on to address what would happen to his Money Saving Expert newsletter and website while he was away, clarifying: "The site and email will continue to flourish in the overly capable hands of the MSE team. Ta-ta."
