Financial guru Martin Lewis takes a break from work and social media for the rest of 2024, wishing his followers a happy holiday season and promising to return in 2025.

Martin Lewis has announced he will be taking a career break for the rest of 2024, as he bid farewell to his social media followers with a heartfelt message. He informed them of his temporary step back from work and social media for a festive break that will extend into the New Year.

I would like to wish all who celebrate a joyous, peaceful, and warm-hearted Christmas and a very happy New Year. Thank you all for your continued support.' He also promised to return in 2025 with renewed vigour, ready to help save people money, adding: 'I'll see you back in 2025 fit and raring to go, and hopefully I'll save you some money next year too.' However, Martin also acknowledged those who may find the festive season challenging, offering words of comfort: 'For those who find this time of year difficult, or grief filled or lonely, may your passage through it be easy with more smiles than you're expecting.'
