Money expert Martin Lewis has issued a consumer rights warning after a bad experience trying to return a faulty item on eBay.
Fortunately for any of his listeners who find themselves with the same issue, Martin outlined the exact consumer rights laws he quoted to the eBay seller to get the issue resolved.
