Police descended onto the Broomielaw in Glasgow's city centre at midnight on Friday, September 22.
Three men have been arrested after masked yobs allegedly ambushed a hotel in Glasgow with bricks and flares.
Shocking video footage shows the mob running towards the River Clyde armed with pyrotechnics and donning ski masks and gloves. "There were police everywhere, it was chaotic. My volunteers were left terrified and having only recently moved our soup kitchen to this location, we are scared in case this behaviour is a regular occurrence.
