Former Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood is set to become a father for the second time, with his partner Harriett Robinson expecting a child later this year
Former Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood is reportedly set to welcome his second baby. The Marseille forward quit Old Trafford in a permanent move to the French side in the summer. The 23-year-old was sold after charges for attempted rape, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm were dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service.
Mason has had a sterling start with his new club, netting an impressive five goals in just seven showings across all competitions. Mason is thought to be earning around £70,000-a-week in Marseille after his England exile. He’s also experiencing joy away from the pitch, as he's set to welcome another child with his partner Harriett Robinson – the couple already have a daughter, Summer, born in July last year, reports the Mirror.
A source told The Sun: "Mason has done a lot of growing up in the last couple of years, especially since he has become a father. He and Harriet are enjoying life out of the intense spotlight that comes with being a United player and is much more settled off the pitch, which means he can concentrate on his football."
Last year, Mason announced the birth of his first child with an adorable post on Instagram. The footballer shared a picture of his little tot's tiny hand on Instagram with a caption that said "11.07.23" and a white heart emoji. It was his first post since January 2022. The image seemed to suggest that Mason's girlfriend, who also shared the happy news, gave birth on Tuesday 11 July, as the family of three took a snap with their hands sweetly next to each other.
