‘He’s a great man, professional, who has taken me under his wing,’ Greenwood told French outlet Telefoot in a rare public interview. ‘He’s a top player. Any team in Europe would love to have him. If he came here it would be great.’ Pogba and Greenwood were teammates at Manchester United Greenwood joined Marseille on a five-year contract last summer after being released by Manchester United in the summer of 2023.
