A mass brawl broke out in Fife , which left two responding police officers injured. Officers were alerted to the brawl at Links Street in Kirkcaldy at around 2:30pm on Saturday, March 9. A 24-year-old man was arrested at the scene and will appear in court at a latter date. The two officers injured did not require hospital treatment. Police enquiries remain ongoing to identify and trace all the individuals involved.
Shocking footage from shows dozens of people, many with their faces covered, involved in the mass disturbance. More than 30 people can be seen fighting outside a row of houses. Several men with balaclavas on can be seen running at officers who were attempting to control the crowds
