Joe Thormay and Nick Whitbeck are grateful they had a chance to help a man who was stranded off the coast of Massachusetts this weekend
Two fishermen from Nantucket , an island in Massachusetts , made a life-saving catch this weekend, saving a frantic fellow fisherman clinging to what was left of his capsized boat.
Thormay and Nick Whitbeck were out Saturday afternoon testing some lures for their company, Island X Lures, when they saw something on the horizon. Working together, the two were able to get close to the fisherman's boat and throw him a lifejacket. Thormay, who used to be in the Coast Guard, also called for more help.
