One of Matthew Perry’s Friends co-stars issued a heartbreaking tribute to the actor after his shock death, as his final hours were revealed. Maggie Wheeler, who memorably played Chandler Bing’s on/off girlfriend Janice on the hit show, took to Instagram hours after Perry’s passing aged 54 was reported. “What a loss. The world will miss you Mathew Perry,” Wheeler wrote. “The joy you brought to so many in your too short lifetime will live on.
Officer Drake Madison confirmed officers had been called to the property “for a death investigation of a male in his 50s”,” AP News reported. TMZ reported that sources claimed he was found in a jacuzzi at the home after calls were made over a cardiac arrest. The circumstances of the incident are unclear but foul play is not suspected. Wheeler’s tribute came as Perry’s final hours were revealed for the first time.
