The Sun uses its front page to call for Theresa May to announce that she plans to stand down as prime minister once her Brexit deal is approved and Britain leaves the EU. The paper says it makes the comments"with regret", but argues that it is the one"slim chance" her withdrawal agreement has of getting through.
Pro-Leave"power brokers" Boris Johnson, David Davis and Jacob Rees-Mogg were among those summoned to discuss the chances of Mrs May's deal passing in a Commons vote, the paper notes.Mrs May's chances of getting her Brexit deal through Parliament this week"dramatically receded" on Sunday following the summit with leading hard Brexiteers, the Guardian reports.
