The Maybach version of the SL made its spy debut more than two years after the original teaser
Prototype Mercedes - Maybach SL makes its spy debut during hot weather testing. The most luxurious version of the SL was announced two years ago with a teaser. The model is expected to offer higher levels of luxury compared to the AMG twin, together with mild exterior tweaks. The latest generation of the Mercedes -AMG SL debuted in 2021 as the roadster alter-ego of the AMG GT sportscar, but its range keeps expanding.
Note that the four-cylinder SL has quadruple round tailpipes, while the V8-powered models sport an equal number of trapezoidal tailpipes.
