Presidential candidate Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso will be joining the Commission on Elections’ Pilipinas Debates 2022.In a tweet, Comelec spokesman James Jimenez confirmed the participation of Domagoso in the debates through a commitment form signed by the Manila mayor which he posted.
