A McDonald's fan has shared a 'genius' hack which works time after time for getting discounted food - and now others can't wait to try it out for themselves
McDonald's fans have discovered a method to secure discounted meals every time they visit the fast food chain, and it's incredibly simple.
Kat explained that the process involves making a regular purchase and crucially, retaining the receipt. Each receipt contains a 12-digit code, which is key to unlocking the discounted meals. This code is used on a website where a brief survey is completed, which according to Kat, "doesn't take long". Upon completion of the questionnaire, an email is received offering a Big Mac and medium fries or a side salad for just £2.99.
A McDonald's spokesperson shared, "Have your receipt handy and visit our Customer Satisfaction Survey page to take the survey. At the end of the survey, you'll receive a validation code to use on a future visit to McDonald's." The survey site details that after completing the survey, customers can snap up six Chicken McNuggets, a Big Mac, Filet-o-Fish, McChicken Sandwich, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, or McPlant alongside one medium Fries or a Side Salad for just £2.99.
