Fans have been calling for the 'game-changing' McDonalds burger
Vegan McDonald's fans have a treat to look forward to in the new year with the introduction of the Double McPlant burger.
The item is an extra large offering of the original burger made, featuring Beyond Meat patties including vegan sauce, fresh onion, pickles, lettuce tomato, and vegan cheese which the chain promises tastes 'just like McDonald's iconic cheese slices'. Fans of the golden arches have been calling for a double-sized version on social media after it made its UK debut in September 2021 after three years of development.
