McDonald's is set to launch a new menu on Wednesday , featuring a twist on the classic Big Mac. The fast food giant will introduce the changes tomorrow, bringing back some old favourites and introducing exciting new options.
The deluxe Quarter Pounder will also be making a comeback, along with the Galaxy Caramel Pie first seen last December and a Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry. While the new menu has been eagerly anticipated, fans of the fast food chain will only have six weeks to enjoy it. The Chicken Big Mac, now returning for its fourth run, was originally launched in Australia. This twist on the classic Big Mac features a triple-layered bun, two chicken patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and Big Mac sauce. The new Cheese and Herb melts are priced at £2.89 for a pack of five or £7.09 for a larger share box. These savoury snacks are made from emmental and mozzarella cheese encased in herb-infused breadcrumbs, served with a tangy tomato dip.
The burger is then topped with two slices of cheese and served in a toasted bun sprinkled with sesame seeds. For an additional £6.59, McDonald's fans can upgrade the burger to a meal deal that includes fries and a drink.
