Latest Nottingham Forest news as Reds begin summer transfer work with publication of retained list
Departing defender Scott McKenna has reflected on a “memorable” four years as his time at Nottingham Forest comes to an end.
In a post on social media after Forest confirmed his departure with the publication of their retained list, the Scot wrote: “A memorable four years! Proud to have played a small part along the way for a massive club with great supporters. Good luck to everyone at Forest for the future.” The announcement of the Reds’ retained list marks the start of their summer transfer work as head coach Nuno Espirito Santo looks to shape his squad. In addition to the players reaching the end of their contracts, loanees Gonzalo Montiel, Divock Origi, Gio Reyna, Rodrigo Ribeiro and Nuno Tavares are to return to their parent sides.
