Throughout the MCU's 16-year history, several actors have portrayed more than one Marvel character, either starting out in smaller roles and getting recast in a bigger or appearing as minor characters that wouldn't garner notice.

In addition to Red Skull, Marquan also took over the role of Ultron in What If...? season 1 in lieu of James Spader's return as the Avengers: Age of Ultron villain. Then, the actor reprised the role of Ultron to voice the successful Ultron drones of Earth-838 during 2022's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Marquand will reprise the role of Professor X, the leader of the X-Men, in Marvel Animation's upcoming X-Men '97 season 2, and presumably in the third season, which is currently in development. It's also possible that Marquand could take on more voice roles in What If...?, as season 3 will release on Disney+ in the future.
