Essex icon Gemma Collins took to Instagram to share the harrowing news of her fiancé Rami Hawash being treated by medics after and emergency call last night. Posting a picture of Rami on the sofa with the ambulance staff around him, she captioned the Instagram story: "Thank you to the amazing ambulance service who came for rami last night thankfully he will be ok" with a love heart.
"Meeting Rami has changed her life and she is finally really happy and in love. He has made her so much more calm and grounded and has actually made her into a better person so she wants to share that with the world now." Gemma, who first started dating Rami in 2011, dropped a bombshell about her wedding plans, hinting that Jedward might take on a special role on her big day. "I joked to my mum that I might have them walk me down the aisle – they are my dog's godfathers, after all," she said previously. "They're honestly like family to me, I adore them."
