TfL commented: ‘Due to popular demand, a quick update from our reporter just north of the Blackwall Tunnel.’The bird is later joined by a pal and the comedy duo repeatedly appear to play up to the traffic camera at Brunswick Road.One user warned drivers to ‘beak careful out there – don’t just wing it’ while another one instructed drivers to ‘hide your fish and chips.’
Someone on Twitter cautioned that there was ‘fowl traffic’ while one commentator added it was always ‘good to get a bird’s eye view’ of the situation.TfL added: ‘Our cameras usually give us a bird’s eye view of traffic across London but we’d like to thank our new colleagues Graeme and Steve for helping out at beak times.’
