MEGHAN MARKLE and Prince Harry have become the first royals in the world to appoint an all-female team of senior staff, after recently recruiting Fiona Mcilwham as private secretary.

The move is hugely significant and means the Duke and Duchess now have an all-female team around them. Miss Mcilwham joins their deputy private secretary Heather Wong and head of communications Sara Latham who comprise the three top jobs.
