The Sussexes have experienced a high turnover of staff in recent years.
Meghan Markle has been labelled "Duchess Difficult" by an insider said to be close to the mum-of-two. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, has been accused of being demeaning with staff and causing "grown men cry", in a damning report on the former Suits actress.
Last month it was reported advisor Josh Kettler quit his job with the Sussexes after just three months. A seasoned public relations professional, Josh started his role with the Meghan and Harry before their three-day trip to Nigeria in May. It is believed that the decision for Mr Kettler to leave was a "mutual" one, and he had been signed on a provisional basis with both parties acknowledging that he was not a good fit.
