And MailOnline can reveal that in the weeks leading up to its release, the Cipollas launched their own new account on the same social network to promote their Montecito Orchard Private Estate as a venue. The account began posting pictures in November and states that the property, which some critics claim Meghan has attempted to portray as her own, is now available for private events. It is also listed on a website specializing in luxury weddings. The exclusivity is such that the rental price is not disclosed, but a recent US study found that the average wedding cost in Montecito, with 100 to 150 guests, ranges from $41,668 to $50,928 per event. A friend has mentioned that they divide their time between Montecito and Rancho Palos Verdes - an exclusive coastal resort near Los Angeles. They are also rumored to own a home in the mountains near Coachella.
