The royal relationship has been the subject of much speculation, with tensions reportedly brewing long before Meghan and Prince Harry's wedding.
Meghan Markle's harsh comments about Princess Charlotte allegedly left Kate Middleton distraught, further deepening the rift that persists between them.
But in his book 'Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War between the Windsors', author Tom Bower adds more fuel to the fire by claiming that Meghan made a negative comparison towards Kate's daughter Charlotte, reports the Express. The now-Princess of Wales was reportedly "too fatigued" to argue with Meghan over whether or not her bridesmaids should wear tights, even though Royal protocol suggested they should.
Top showbiz news Meghan recalled the incident before her wedding, saying: "A few days before the wedding, she was upset about something pertaining - yes, the issue was correct - about flower girl dresses, and it made me cry, and it really hurt my feelings."
