Meghan Markle reportedly sent Jill Biden a 'basket of lemons' the day after her interview with Oprah
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle relocated to America after stepping back from their Royal duties in 2020, and have been "trying to gain political influence in the United States" ever since, according to reports. Meghan is said to have given the First Lady Jill Biden a very "intriguing gift", the Mirror writes.
According to sources, the First Lady "received an intriguing gift to thank her for what was seen as a supportive gesture towards Meghan following her controversial TV interview". Back in March 2021, Harry and Meghan sat down for a bombshell chat with talk show host Oprah Winfrey which saw the couple talk about their departure from the Royal Family and the reasoning behind it.
Fans of social media believed Jill's outfit choice was a subtle show of solidarity, with it reported that Meghan sent Jill a basket of lemons as a 'thank you' gift.
