Sam seemed to have embraced this side of her at the end of Scream 2022 when she stabbed Richie , who was revealed to be one of the Ghostface killers, and cut his throat. This left the question of whether Sam would give in to her paternal heritage and become a killer, but Scream 6 put those ideas to rest.
