Summary Sabrina the Teenage Witch lead star Melissa Joan Hart reunites with one of her co-stars, sharing a sweet photo more than two decades after the finale. Debuting in 1996 and running until 2003, after a transfer from ABC to The WB, the fantasy comedy often changed Hart's co-stars throughout the seasons. Soleil Moon Frye, known for her role as Punky Brewster, and Clueless star Elisa Donovan played the main character's best friends for the last three seasons.
Fyre and Donovan provided some sense of consistency to the Sabrina cast, as the show was somewhat notorious for shifting its ensembles. Jenny , Sabrina's best friend in season 1, is absent from season 2. She never makes another appearance, and this is never explained. In the past, Hart said that these decisions came down to negotiations falling through or different showrunners taking over.
