Services have been held across Yorkshire to mark Remembrance Sunday, commemorating servicemen and women who lost their lives in conflict.
A two-minute silence was observed across the country at 11:00 GMT, led by the King at a service at the Cenotaph in central London. Elsewhere in the city, a wreath-laying ceremony was held at Bramall Lane ahead of the Steel City Derby, which kicked off at 12:30 GMT after campaigners noted the original start time of 12:00 GMT wouldA service was held at York Minster with the Great Peter bell tolling 11 times before the two-minute silence.
