Two former Florida State standouts, Ian Miller and Malik Osborne, have joined the Men of Mackey roster for the 2024 TBT. The squad's roster is now up to nine commitments for the summer event.
The Men of Mackey, the Purdue alumni TBT team has added a pair of Florida State alums to the 2024 roster. Forward Malik Osborne and guard Ian Miller will both join the squad for the summer event.
Osborne had an outstanding senior campaign at Florida State, scoring 10.0 points and collecting 6.9 boards per game.June 18, 2024 Former Purdue players who have already committed to playing this year include Sasha Stefanovic, Jon Octeus, Kelsey Barlow, David Jenkins Jr. and Aaron Wheeler. Men of Mackey will start the TBT in the Butler Regional and play at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Games are scheduled to be played between July 19-23 for the regional. Both Indiana and Butler will also have alumni teams participating in this year's TBT event.: Former Illinois star Coleman Hawkins got a first-hand look at the talent level of Purdue guard Braden Smith over the last two years. Hawkins raved about Smith, calling him one of the top returning players in the country.

Former Purdue Guard Jon Octeus Joining Men of Mackey TBT TeamJon Octeus, a former Purdue graduate transfer guard, has joined the Men of Mackey TBT team for the 2024 tournament. In his lone season with the Boilermakers, Octeus averaged 9.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
