Men seen with ‘blood on their faces’ after woman is stabbed to death
TWO men were seen with "blood on their faces" after a woman was stabbed to death in Manchester.A woman believed to be in her 40s, was found dead with stab wounds in Leigh shortly before 8pm on Sunday
A witness said there was a group of men standing around the scene on Manchester Road and two had "blood on their faces". It is not known if the men are suspects in the investigation or if they had tried to help the wounded victim.that she saw five police cars in attendance and a woman being put into an ambulance.No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.Superintendent Jon Chadwick of GMP’s Major Investigations Team said: “Our thoughts go out to this lady’s family and friends at this devastating time.
