Several services have been cancelled or disrupted
Several Merseyrail train services have been cancelled after a dog was reportedly spotted on the tracks. The train operator confirmed due to animals on the railway between Maghull and Town Green, the Ormskirk and Hunts Cross line is currently disrupted. It added train services to Hunts Cross and Ormskirk may be cancelled or delayed. According to Merseyrail 's website, the 9.51am Ormskirk to Hunts Cross will start at Liverpool Central.
