The force consistently has ongoing wanted appeals for suspects who evade capture, those who violate parole conditions and are sought for prison recall , and those who fail to appear in court for scheduled hearings.
Among those currently sought is Adam Dean, also known as Adam Blowes, in connection with an investigation into the illicit use of firearms and the distribution of Class A and Class B drugs. Jack O'Connor, a 23-year-old resident of the Leasowe area, is wanted following an incident in October of the previous year where a woman was threatened with an imitation firearm. Shaun Walker, 41, is also wanted on a warrant issued without bail in relation to drug dealing. He is believed to have connections in Speke as well as Devon, particularly in Plymouth and Torquay. Another individual on the wanted list is 21-year-old Liam Carr, who failed to appear in crown court concerning drug supply. Carr is more commonly known by his nicknames, 'Worm' and 'Little Worm.'The force is also appealing for help in locating three men from Liverpool who were convicted of offenses related to Class A drug supply but failed to attend court for sentencing in Carlisle on May 31, 2024. The court has issued warrants for their arrests. All three are known to frequent the areas of Cumbria, Merseyside, and Cheshire. Anyone with information regarding their immediate whereabouts is urged to contact police by dialing 999. They have also appealed for information to find several other individuals, including convicted burglar Daniel Kelly, who is wanted on a prison recall for breaching his license conditions; Anthony Earley, sought on a prison recall for breaching his license conditions; Terence Caffrey, wanted for failing to attend court; Peter Kearns, wanted on a recall to prison; and Jack O'Connor, wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation involving an imitation firearm threat. The force is using various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Crimestoppers, to disseminate information and encourage public assistance in locating these individuals
