Cher was introduced to the stage at the iHeartRadio Music Awards by Meryl Streep Cher and Meryl Streep proved that they are total friendship goals at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday, while recreating an iconic photo from decades ago. The pair were seen catching up backstage at the bash in LA on Monday night, after the Devil Wears Prada icon, 74, presented the 77-year-old with the icon award.
’ They managed to flawlessly recreate this stunning snap from 1983 Meryl was on hand to introduce Cher to the stage at the iHeart Radio Awards, and couldn’t help commending her close friend and colleague. She explained that, although they first met while working on Silkwood, the musician had been a part of her life for years before that. The Oscar-winner also hailed the work she had done with veterans and for LGBTQ+ rights, thanking her for using her platform.
