The Met’s curator in charge, Andrew Bolton, confirmed this on CBS Mornings in 2023, saying smoking in the galleries and touching any exhibits are big “no-nos”.3. No parsley, onion or garlicThe New York Post has reported that none of the food served at the Met Gala contains parsley, thereby eliminating the risk of it getting stuck in people’s teeth . Similarly, the dishes reportedly don’t contain onion or garlic to prevent bad breath.4.
