The forecaster is predicting some heavy rain across the city to start the day
Leeds is set for a wet and wild start to Wednesday followed by some overcast conditions according to the latest Met Office forecast.
Some isolated showers are possible later in the evening but it will be dry and settled for most. Looking ahead the Met Office said we could be in for an unsettled spell and the beginning of some frosts in the coming week. The Met Office forecast for the area on Wednesday said: "Wet and windy during the morning, with some of the rain turning heavy before clearing eastwards early afternoon, with sunshine and perhaps eventually isolated blustery showers later in the evening. Maximum temperature 11 °C."
Leeds A wet and blustery start for Leeds with heavy rain expected between 7am and 10am. Gusts reaching a maximum of around 27mph at around 9am as the rain begins to ease heading toward noon.
