Snow has been forecast in the next 48 hours for some areas on the UK
If you had to scrape ice from your car windows this morning then you'll know that it's a bit nippy out there, but reports of -4C, emergency measures and bitterly cold nights have been reported by some news organisations.
But while some parts of the UK saw temperatures as low as -4C, Nottingham and the surrounding county looks set to miss the lowest temperatures. There are no warnings in place for us with regard of freezing temperatures, however, a spokesperson for the Met Office said fog could be an issue. They said: "There isn’t a warning out at the moment given there is a bit of uncertainty still with regards to the extent and density of fog patches.
