Covid cases are surging across England and the UK right now and more and more people are testing positive, getting ill or ending up in hospital.
Ventilation Keeping your home ventilated isn't easy in colder months, especially if someone in the house is ill, because you will want to keep warm. Of course, mental health is important too and simply sealing the infected person inside a room like a plague victim isn't the answer - maintaining regular contact at a distance, or through phone calls, and making sure the ill person is looked after is still important. Everything is a balancing act.
