The Metropolitan Police are preparing for upcoming pro-Palestine protests on Kensington High Street, London. Large crowds are expected, and authorities are putting safety and traffic measures in place to maintain order during the demonstrations.
A 'significant' policing operation will be in place across London in response to planned protest and memorial events marking the anniversary of the October 7 attacks in Israel , the Metropolitan Police said.
This comes as Jewish charity is mounting its 'largest ever' security operation in conjunction with police amid fears that Iranian-funded terror groups will target British Jews around the anniversary of the Hamas-led massacre of Israel. This week, the Community Security Trust issued an extensive security notice to British Jews warning of potential revenge attacks against the community following the assassination of Hezbollah leader Hasan Nasrallah.
