Mexican voters will be able to cast their ballots in person for the first time at the Mexican consulate in San Diego

Mayoral candidates include former Morena state leader Ismael Burgueño for a coalition that includes that party, veteran television journalist Mari Carmen Flores for the PAN, former Tijuana Mayor Karla Ruíz for the Citizen's Movement Party, and former Sen.
