In his 'manifesto', Brenton Tarrant said he 'wanted to kill Sadiq Khan' and praised the Finsbury Park attack.
In the 16,500 document, Tarrant said he began planning the atrocity after visiting Europe in 2017.
Another 48 were wounded with 20 of those described as being in a critical condition, including a four-year-old girl. Scrawled on the weapons he carried were the names of men convicted of murdering Muslims and Jews in Europe as well as slogans including ‘for Rotherham’ – a reference to the child abuse scandal in the English town.Neo-nazi symbols and other references to historic battles between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire were also daubed in white on bags and ammunition.
