Cera traded his usual light brown hair for bleach blond locks, rendering him almost unrecognizable at the event.
On the red carpet, Cera chatted with reporters and posed with costars including Michael Angarano, AJ Mendez and Iman Kerram. Earlier this year, photos of the actor carrying large amounts of CeraVe skincare products began circulating on social media.
