Michael Matheson has been urged to quit as a MSP after he breached Holyrood ethics rules over the scandal of his £11,000 data roaming bill.The SNP veteran resigned as Health Secretary last month amid a Holyrood probe into a bill which he initially tried to land on the taxpayer.
But his initial response would have led to the taxpayer footing the bill and he was also accused of lying to journalists.Matheson was found to have breached two sections of the MSP's code of conduct and three complaints were upheld.Its Investigation Report will be published in line with "legal obligations" once the Committee has finished its work.
