Breakfast may not be the most important meal of day when it comes to a popular diet, an expert has said.
One such rule Mosley says can be overlooked for fasters is that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day". It is said that skipping breakfast can increase the appetite, causing people to eat more through the day and increase weight. Explaining in a Fast 800 blog post , Michael said: "Eating breakfast should depend on your schedule or preference: if you wake up hungry, then eating a healthy, Mediterranean-style breakfast can be beneficial, and will help keep your blood sugars steady."
