Changing your diet could be the key the better health and weight loss
Diet expert Dr Michael Mosley has revealed his top breakfast option that helps keeping him full without the need for mid-morning snacks.
The doctor detailed his breakfast routine on his BBC Sounds Podcast "Just One Thing" alongside his guest Tim Spector, urging listeners to think about their breakfast food if looking to lose weight. Explaining his previous breakfast choices before comparing his new picks, Dr Michael Mosley said: "I was eating a lot of sugary, carby stuff for breakfast. I slapped on one of those [glucose] meters and it went crazy."The way I judge it now 'do I get crazy hungry at 11 o'clock?'. If I get crazy hungry that suggests that whatever I've had a couple of hours earlier isn't that great.
