Michelle Keegan is said to be among the favourites to be the next 'Bond girl,' amid speculation about the cast of the next film in the James Bond series - which could be led by Aaron Taylor-Johnson
Michelle Keegan, known for her roles in Coronation Street and Brassic, is rumoured to be a top pick for the next 'Bond girl' in the upcoming James Bond film.
According to Gambling.com, their analysis of betting odds suggests that Michelle is a strong contender for a role in the next film, which will be the first since Daniel Craig's departure. She's currently behind Jodie Comer, best known for her role in BBC's Killing Eve, in the odds. James Leyfield, an entertainment commentator for the outlet, reports that Jodie has odds of 6/4 but she "faces increased competition" from Michelle. The latter has reportedly moved from being the third favourite at 5/2 to the second favourite, with odds of 7/4, in just a few weeks after her role on Netflix's Fool Me Once.
Other stars who could potentially land the role include Sydney Sweeney from 'Euphoria', Phoebe Dynevor from 'Bridgerton', and Meg Bellamy who played Kate Middleton in 'The Crown'. Singing sensation Dua Lipa, Jenna Ortega and Saoirse Ronan are also in the running.
